Azeel provides that layer. Azeel is not self-serve. Every deployment starts with a collaborative configuration process: we work with your team to understand one workflow, define it precisely, and configure Azeel to govern it. This takes more effort upfront than signing up for a SaaS tool — and it produces a system that actually works, rather than one that requires constant maintenance.
We start with one workflow, not a company-wide transformation. Once it is stable, we add the next. The system compounds over time: each new workflow reinforces the operational infrastructure and reduces coordination overhead further.
We tell teams honestly when Azeel is not the right fit. If the problem is app connectivity, there are better tools. If the problem is internal task tracking, there are better tools.
